I really hope this uploads as a short. Anyway. I spend a lot of time thinking about the nature of the videos I put on the internet, and there are plenty of people who might say that I shouldn't indulge 'war stories.' The comment that triggered this video was form someone who said they 'don't do war stories, but prefer a healthy, positive approach to sobriety.' That sounds like fluff to me. I think reflecting on your past behaviour is central to sobriety. Ignoring your past behaviour prevents you from understanding it. Good luck out there.
